We sell cosmetic skincare products and treatment services.

All products are intended for cosmetic and self-care purposes only and are not medical treatments.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable

A deposit of 50% for treatments must be paid before your appointment can be confirmed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion

Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive confirmation of your booking.

5. Delivery

We currently provide our services within the UK.

6. Refunds

If your appointment/treatment is cancelled by us, we will provide a full refund and the opportunity to rebook. Should you cancel your appointment, the 50% deposit shall not be returned.

7. Use of Digital Content

Digital content is used for marketing purposes. Your consent to use photos or videos for commercial purposes will always be sought prior to use.

8. Product Use and Disclaimer

Once treatments are completed to the customer, Skinfluence@109 makes no guaranteed of the performance of our product/services.

Skinfluence@109 will not be held responsible for any misuse of the material.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Losses arising from misuse of digital products

Individual reactions to TROPICS products

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
